A demonstrated business leader with multinational experience, Stephen is passionate about driving sustainable growth while enhancing business performance. He’s driven results as both an operations leader and a consultant in a wide variety of sectors ranging from primary industries to FMCG. Steve’s impressive career prior to joining Constellation Brands included international experience with an initial grounding in Toyota Motor Manufacturing UK; and in global Operations/Manufacturing Consulting where he had significant exposure to the EU and Asia.

Stephen began his career with Constellation Brands in 2017 as VP of Operations, transitioning to a new role as VP Finance & Transformation in March 2022. He has been a member of our Executive Leadership Team since joining the business.

Stephen has responsibility for the International Financial Planning and Commercial roll up; whilst overseeing the local financial, tax, Global business services and IT for our Asia Pacific & Canada group. He also heads up our newly created Transformation function.

Away from the office Stephen is a voluntary director of a local charity. And on any given weekend, he can be found wine tasting, or enjoying classic cars, snow sports or being on the water with his young family.
