Julie oversees the operational and strategic aspects of the human resources function across the region with employees in New Zealand, Australia, Asia and Canada.

A member of the Executive Leadership Team, Julie heads the People & Capability (P&C) Team of senior leaders and administration staff. Across the business, the P&C team support managers and staff employed in a range of roles including: operations teams in the vineyards and wineries, remote sales teams, and office-based roles including finance, marketing, logistics and legal.

With a focus on customer service, Julie is passionate about developing people and achieving business outcomes.

Outside work, Julie loves to travel, spend time with her family and of course indulge in a glass of her favourite Constellation Brands wine, Wild Grace rose.
